  • Ensure both lids are dug up 8 to 10″ around the lid to allow for removal

  • Have a garden hose that will reach the tank for proper cleaning

  • Provide us with your exact house location and directions to your address

  • Make sure that there are no trees overhanging the driveway to allow the truck to enter easily

  • Payment upon completion is highly recommended
